November Happenings

Keegan finished up a successful t-ball season a couple of weeks ago! He loves his coach and team mates and they have all improved so much over the last two years. We are so proud of our little Brave!
Ava's school district displayed art projects at the administration building that were chosen by each elementary.  This year Ava's was one of the ones chosen. Here she is with her robot painting.
She enjoyed Daddy at her thanksgiving feast. They always head to the library for the book fair after so it's a fun day for her :)
Keegan and I had a fun thanksgiving feast too! His table creations were precious :)
(Toys, Ava, Dad, and Mom)
Ava was old enough to serve in the gift weekend with us at our church this year. Our group was on meal packing duty for our Dominican Republic ministry and it was awesome to work alongside our life group and now our kiddos. It's my favorite day of the year at our church!
And lastly, Ava lost her first tooth after school yesterday! This was a huge moment for her. She's waited so long and she's been ready to hang her tooth pillow for months :)
So proud! She wrote a letter to the tooth fairy right after she lost it. She was very adamant about the tooth fairy not taking her tooth!
My sweet baby girl is looking much too old! There is so much joy and love in this sweet girl. It was emotional holding her first tooth that we waited so long to come in and rubbed orajel on 6 years ago. The tooth is gone but this confident, bright, beautiful girl is here and she still amazes us with every milestone.

Beavers Bend 2015

We took our second annual trip to Broken Bow over the weekend. The weather was much nicer this year! We enjoyed temps in the 50s and 60s and rain free days. Here are some pics of our weekend away.....
The fishing poles Gramps brought were a huge hit!

Halloween 2015

Our Halloween was Superhero themed this year.  We took Batman, Batgirl and Wonder Dog trick or treating with Supergirl and Wonder Woman on Saturday night.
These four ended up with SO MUCH candy!  It was quite a success.  They had the best time running from house to house :-)
Keegan and Presley enjoyed their costume parade and fall fest at school on Thursday!  The weather was perfect and aunt Kara and I stayed to work fall fest. These kiddos had the best time!

On Halloween Eve we carved pumpkins under the patio. It was a fun rainy night! Ava carved her own jack-o-lantern this year! She drew it, scooped it and cut it out. She was so proud! Jeff carved a Batman sign for Keegan while he decorated a little pumpkin. They were happy with the finished products :)
It was a great Halloween weekend!

Cheer

Ava and her sweet friends from her soccer team and school participated in the high school cheer clinic last month. This was her first year and she had so much fun learning chants and cheers for the football game performance.

These girls are such a precious group of friends. They are in the same class and on the same soccer team. Ava has had the best year with them! The girls had fun on the field with the big cheerleaders a couple of weeks ago but unfortunately most of their performance was rained out. They cheered under the bleachers while we waited on the rain delay and I have a great video I'll try to post. It was a fun but rainy night!

Ava loved every minute of cheer so we are gearing up for a season of upward cheer this winter with our friends :)
