Weekend on Lake Texoma

A few weekends ago we spent a fun family weekend at a beautiful condo on Lake Texoma. Gramps found this lovely place on a fishing pond with views of the lake and the ten of us had the best time fishing, grilling, swimming, boating and playing games!

The kids had an awesome bedroom/playroom!

We swam for a while at the pool before dinner.  It was a HOT weekend!

Late evening the boys and kiddos tried their luck at fishing. The canoe was so nice to have and the boys caught a couple of decent sized fish. 

Gramps was so sweet to set the kids up on the patio. The perch kept taking the bait off the hook but with a lot of work each kid was able to real one in on their own :)

And a beautiful Friday night sunset over Lake Texoma. 

Gramps and Nana rented a boat for Saturday. We spent most of the day tubing and swimming. It was so much fun!

All done. 

That evening Jeff, Adam and Keegan went fishing in the canoe and Keegan cast, caught and reeled in his first fish all on his own. He was very proud! (But probably not more than Daddy.)

We ended the night with Kareoke and a glow balloon party and left the next morning. 

It was such a fun family weekend! We are so thankful for all the family memories that were made and grateful to Nana and Gramps for making it all happen!
